Hello, I'm Riya Lakhani-Kanji, a clinical nutritionist who has spent several years buried in textbooks, research papers, and culinary experiments to earn a BSc and MSc degree in human nutrition.

My mission is simple: to help you live a healthier, compassionate life through plant-based nutrition, fostering a deeper connection with both animals and our planet.

My plant-based journey began during my Masters in Nutrition, where I immersed myself in the science of plant-based diets. My dissertation highlighted the remarkable health benefits of eating more plants—such as lower blood pressure, a reduced risk of heart disease, and decreased inflammation—and my findings inspired me to make the switch myself.

But this journey goes beyond health; it's about discovering a more compassionate and nurturing way of eating. Embracing plant-based foods opens the door to an exciting culinary experience that nourishes the body and nurtures the soul.
